Born in Killeen, Texas and now based in El Paso, Minister Salute is a Christian Hip Hop artist with a mission: to point people to Jesus through unfiltered truth, passionate lyrics, and a testimony forged in both pain and purpose.

His love for music sparked early, writing lyrics since the age of 12. Raised under the cultural influence of his mother from South Central L.A., Salute initially rapped for the world — until a life-changing encounter with Christ during his senior year of high school flipped the script. From that point forward, he chose to surrender not just his life, but also his gift of music to God.

Minister Salute’s sound is purpose-driven, with raw storytelling and bold delivery that speaks to the streets, the broken, the overlooked — and those ready to hear truth without filters. His music is a movement, not a marketing plan.

He’s shared stages with respected names in Christian Hip Hop like 1K Phew, Bryann T, Bizzle, Antwoine Hill, Aposteles del Rap, EGR, and DJ Vow, and has been part of a powerful prison tour with Worthy People, bringing hope and encouragement to men and women who feel forgotten. Prison ministry isn't a side mission — it’s core to his calling.

After a decade of focused ministry, Minister Salute is now booking new events and expanding his reach through music, testimony, and live performance. With a growing platform and a powerful message, he continues to use his voice to inspire change and call hearts back to God.
